Vulcanisation

Vulcanization

The rubber in “mould” form is mixed into products with proper methods and working equipment on the high technology injection and compression presses in this section.

Vulcanization is a method used for hardening the rubber. This is a process carried out with high temperature allowing for the strengthening of the chemical bonds contained in the rubber mix material.

This is known generally as the “moulding” process and prevents the sticking, tearing off or reversion of the rubber mould that is not in the form of rubber strip and this is also the same process with the rubber strip formation of the mould. This process may last for various durations according to the ingredients and chemicals contained.
